I. Overview

OM-S02 serial port optical mouse was developed for multi-service transferred via serial port based on special requirements of professions such as power supply and security monitoring, etc.. This equipments converts electrical signals from serial ports (RS232, RS485, RS422, etc.) transferred originally via power cable to optical signal transferred via fiber, extending greatly the connection distance. Equipped with different optical modules, the machine's maximum transmission distance can be up to 120 Km, and there is optional single fiber 2-way transmission optical module to save precious fiber-optic resources.

 

OM-S02 serial port optical mouse supports 1-2 line transparent transmission of completely independent serial port duplex without any protocols, with the highest rate over 1 Mbps, the user can regard it as the extension of the serial port signal
